IMHO.
To date, the issue still have not been resolved.
I wished it was so simple going to the kiosk and changing the psim.
Singtel got 2 business, normal Singtel and Singtel Hi - they are different, the shop that does Singtel can't do SIngtel Hi and vice versa.
i went to 3 different Singtel Hi retailer and all can't help me to change the PSIM.
The 4th Singtel Hi retailer was recommend to me by John Patrick - guess what, I went there, it was an Eight Service Centre !
I livechat with Singtel Hi again, agent jhod told me something like the post wrong or something - well, I cut and paste from their singtel hi retailer list ??
And the Singtel Hi App, all along it is not working, only can request for ESIM and not PSIM.
So now, agent jhod is "helping" me to tie up with one of the Singtel Hi retailer so that I can go down and change the PSIM.
Now, why this is important, imagine if you lost your phone i.e. the PSIM, how on earth can you get another PSIM ?
I wrote to IMDA, they are asking Singtel to help me.
P.S. So what got online support ?
