anyone knows what's the latest firmware version for this router?
mine is Firmware Version v1.00.01 build34

I have a new phone that can connect to home wifi, but it will not have any internet connection (apps and games that require internet will not load) after a period of time despite remaining on wifi, like ~45min of usage or after sleep. The issue is solved only by turning off the wifi and turning it back on again.

I have played with all the possible wifi settings (disable 2.4 or 5 Ghz band, disable band steering, using least congested channels, disable ipv6, etc) but to no avail.

or is there something wrong with my new device? cos all other devices at home (mobiles + laptops) have no issues staying connected.

Am using AC 1900 and recently have the same issue. First thing i did was to reset router and update firmware under http://192.168.1.254/ and i noticed that the build number was 37, unchanged from previous.

I called Singtel 1688 and they remotely updated the firmware and now it shows Firmware Version v1.00.01 build23.

I question them why firmware update but build number decrease but they just say firmware update build number are not sequential, whatever that means.

Hope this is helpful and i am still monitoring the connection issue.

There is no official guide, you can contact 1688 for the basic set up, or find your way through..

Ac plus is an OEM router unfortunately, which runs on customised firmware, so arcadyan website will not carry the user manual..

Manual is useless.

Anyway i want to set Mac Filter by Time Schedule. AC Plus does not seem to have that feature. Can advise?

Hi. I played around.. but the new GUI don't support the feature.. which the old router has. It's parental controls also quite limited in usage.

I want to impose MAC address time schedule to cutail excessive WIFI usage of my child. Very sad.. cannot be done on AC PLUS..

You’ll have to play around with the gui. Can’t rmb if such feature is there..

Hi all, just installed the AC Plus router with an ONR. Anyone knows where can I get the IP address for the AC Plus router from the ONR admin page?

Slow speed

Hey guys,

I just did a speed test and 453KB/S is what i'm running on now with a direct lan via D-link routers at 2 power points.
There was an 'upgrade' being done, and the new router is :"singtel wifi gigabit router ac plus"

Firmware Version v4.00.00 build23

Wifi is freaking slow, and it just stops sometimes; even worse was not getting connections in some parts of the house. I mean, yea it's still an old HDB with way larger space, but this seems ridiculous. No wonder the new houses are smaller.

Last but not least, could i get any advice on how to maximize, and stablise the connections?

Thank you,
IT NOOB

I read somewhere here is power off-wait-on the AC plus &/or the ONT/ONR to get the firmware pushed to u.

Can call ST too IIRC.

I switch off my ONR and AC Plus every night, didn't get the update. :(
