Run 5 days a week, I don't have the same discipline. Too tired after work. my problem is ually sleep a few hours then wake up, cannot get back to sleep, turn and toss around. Or sleep for 30 min or 1 hour then time to wake up.ah.. we are about the same age.. i'm 49
not sure if you experience the same.. easy to fall asleep but keep waking in middle of night, sleep gets interrupted throughout basically.
i run very regularly.. like 5 days a week.
try to refrain from using device a couple of hours before bed and in bed
avoid caffeine after 2pm if you have trouble falling asleep
hit the bed early cause if you are going to get patchy sleep, at least patchy over a longer duration
maybe you can check if your room temp/humidity may be causing it?
Not humid, aircon still good. I go to bed earlier since I feel sleepy anyway at around 8, 9pm
