May I know what's your reason for choosing SA and not WV??

was attracted to SA due to the size of it and amenities.
don't really fancy Wandervale balcony / kitchen and location

that's all!

SA got provide fridge n washing machine but wandervale dun....
Although Wandervale no fridge n W/machine, per sqft price is lower than SA.
I almost book stack 07 (3+Flexi) mid floor 1098 sqft abt $855k. Include levy and stamp duty is more than $915k.
wandervale average per sqft is abt $750. So the price diff can buy washing machine and fridge.
In the end, still depend on wat buyer want.

depending on which stack, the stack i got is around high 800 range.

there are stack within low 800 but location wise not that good.
If I m not wrong, SA 3+ Flexi room only hv 6 stacks.
Stack 2, 4, 7, 9, 12 and 14. All face pool plus west sun.
I hv a fren got stack 12 mid floor.

✌ good man think alike...
Especially the elevated swimming pool and gym together with KTV room. I can anticipate everyday is like staying in a chalet.

3 + 1 Ard 900k is it???????

Lowest price is 780k. Level1 blk6 stack 14
Tempted to get initially but due budget & don't really like ground floor which the master wall will get the afternoon sun as well.

For buyer point is not much $. But for developer they are paying $1500*1327units=$2mil lo... 😶

By right yes it does face the afternoon sun. But bear in mind the sun chinges direction from time to time. Just visit my site and discover that it faces the afternoon sun now. My stack is 21

Agreed with yr view. The earth will move in diff mth. So the sun direction will be diff in diff mths. Those facing camp (Wandervale) will hv morn sun n afternoon sun till noon during July Aug mths

May I know what's your unit size & why u choose WV as compare to SA??
Unit size 1087. A bit smaller than SA 1098.
First of course is e price. 2nd is e location. Although pple think Wandervale is near mosque n polyclinic but think mosque is not a issue. As we age, think we need a polyclinic that is near :p
And, walking distance to Teck Whye mkt/coffee shop, Lot One is walking distance. CCK park just in front, need to start slow walking exercise to loose weight too... Haha...
Last, the floor area in Wandervale is very useable, 3 bedroom are big enough not to mention m/room n the m/toilet
So make me finial decision to choose Wandervale over SA & Westwood.
