Think there is no perfect.... More like what u can accept. Hospital, mosque, school, bus interchange, expressway, substation... Singapore too small to avoid any of this.

hahaha ya a lot of ppl says that when i share positive views.. too bad i dont have license if not u all want buy from me or not.. u see the sam damm aggressive he is selling alll kinds of things.

no lah u go see sol acres website, my colleague show me got some pool for kids one okay! my own condo also have, but not like that. then got some pets corner. I mean im quite impressed since its an EC. so just kpo come comment only.

cannot be my colleague buy this then i say not good right.

Yes it was pretty close for mine. About a 5 k diff

Cck integrated interchange properly have condo on top. Tengah should have ec or condo. Even price drop...i can wait a bit.
