Quite tedious when moving hse especially got kids.


Did u all intend to reno kids room.
I tink I will install window grille only.
Doing simple paint for mbr n living room.

I will let the kids to deco their own room when they r older.

Or u tink I shld hire contractor one shot everything do swee swee for all the whole hse.

Hi HappyMilk, my hubby is a interior decorator. more than 20 yrs in this trade. No obligation/problem for some advise. We will become neighbour soon.
If your kids are still small, i think you can do a simple reno. Because as they grow older, their need will be diff and they may change the color.
We can discuss more when Wandervale TOP.

Bukit Panjang LRT is on the rocks.

Think they will not scarp the LRT. They are spending money to improve the station in CCK and if on full bus services, the traffic will become worse in Bt Panjang area.
Let hope SMRT will improve the LRT services if not those buyers in Sol Acres will have a problem to travel. (only hv bus options)

We are 24 this year, bf has been working for close to 4 years and I am in my 2nd year of working. We have some cpf and cash on hand. And we are still eligible for the $30k grant so we are looking around before we cross the limit!

Yes. Pls get bank IPA first. This is very important now.

hi all! just made booking on Wandervale 3br.

Since 3br do not have storage unit/bomb shelter, i was wondering what the other 3br buyers intend to do? build partition? If so, where is suitable?

Make some cabinet in rooms to store yr items. you also make sure the balcony because is quite big. Or buy those bed with storage below. Can keep yr bedsheets etc..

It has been 2 months since, so I was wandering how long it typically takes to know the outcome? Is HDB or the developer that will inform you the result?

I waited for 3 months. Shouldn't be an issue if you didn't exceeded much.

Yah same 1.68% for first 3 yrs. I took NPS.

Anyway PKWA offering $2.2K nett for lawyer fee. But only got processing DBS and OCBC loans
