Stack 13 because we like the balcony, extra space can be used for like drying bedsheet and decorations. We had a peep on the Rainforest, quite liking their ideals with their balcony. hehe

We were considering the units facing west sun too but during our visit the sun was so hot shinning straight into the flat. It was around 4:15pm.



But you can always switch on the aircon anyway.

They are progressing fast. Wonder when will be the TOP???

Balance Units at Wandervale

any feedback on stack 24? cause i saw it is the only stack with the highest unsold but i am interested in getting a unit at wv.... would appreciate if you could share some insights with me! thanks!

Its ok as long you don't take 1st and 7th floor. Heard the mosque is quiet type.
So likely the sun facing and block number.

If you look at the neighbour stacks, 23 and 19 both are sold out. Nothing wrong with stack 24 actually. My assumption is people might not like the number 24. That's all.

If not because of the west sun, I would consider stack 24. I would recommend you to visit the site during hot day 3-4pm. And have a look if you are okays with the sun, since the whole block is up already.

Where do you guys think is a good place to have a feel of wv? i.e. in terms of level (view) and whether if windy etc? Anybody went the rainforest to have a feel since it is just beside wv?

My reason quite simple.
Wandervale consider walking distance to mrt n price r quite reasonable.

Completion probably the 1st quarter and getting the key (T.O.P) is in end of the year.

Hi all, new addition to the 365 days of happiness here.

Looks like Wandervale is more popular here. I have been staying at CCK the past 10 years and basically chose SA because it is nearer to my current place and my son's school.

Good luck to those with young children by the way. It is no fun choosing a school for them in CCK. Almost all the decent schools need balloting, and it will only get worse with the addition of those BTOs and ECs.
