InZ shouldnt even be in the picture.
Charging that kind of price for the location and land price..

Agreed. The land price is so much cheaper than Wandervale and Sol Acres but selling price almost the same. Plus that location!!!
Inz agent hard sell till Inz is much better than S.A. :(

Those buy will likely to lose out in the long run.. eps those 3Bedroom units.. those 4/5 bedrooms still have unique selling points (esp 4 BR)...

After 5 yrs MOP, you compete with WV/SA owners who have bought the EC cheaper/similar pricing (psf) but at better location. What's more, you have to pay more maintenance plus app subscription fee every month for smart systems.

I may be wrong tho.. we shall wait and see lol

Yes, I agreed with you. I think buying a house should be a really important and big decision and buyers should have done their homework and already understand what you have stated. That is why I am surprised of such a big take up rate in such a short time!

I think this is due to the lack of ECs available in this region. Wandervale is 100% sold and SA also not much 3br units left. Tts why people who want to upgrade to EC and continue to stay in the region only has inz left.

I just bought the 2+S yesterday at SA too. At 1st wanted the 3bd unit too but sold out so fast in the end just choose the 2+S since still got few units left :s13:
