Got info that Sol Acres going to increase 15K to 20K.

Ya. Agent already informed me. Price increased and no more interest free late payment scheme.

serious? market so bad, plus not even 90% sold

private housing drop so much for the past few years

whereas SA price remain the same as launch

now still wanna price increase :eek:

When sales is slow, they will try to push sales by giving discount or defer payment.
When sales pick up and reached their target, they will remove the carrots.

i guess the "increase in price" is the removal of dps at nps price promo

dont think they can increase further as it might requires hdb approval etc

anyway between now and top is less than a year

dont think it makes a big diff anyway

kinda surprise SA market 1+study as 1+study

for similar size, some developer will market as 2 bedder
study room to them, is not meant to put a bed

for SA study room, you can place a single bed + cabinet and still have a bit of space
maybe they wanna save cost, ie no need to install build in cabinet :s13:

It is a pricing strategy. First the developer will release news that they are going to raise price, forcing those who are sitting on the fence to make their decision to commit, thus, u see the surge in Mar before the price increase. I think likely Apr sale will drop after the price increase...

Hi anybody on the fiancé/fiancée scheme that has bought SA or WV yet to plan their ROM solemnization? For SA, developer's website shows that it is slated to TOP on Q1 2018. If I plan my ROM at March 2018, will it be too late? What if I already booked my solemnization date and somehow TOP is brought ahead to January 2018? Can anyone advise? Thanks

not sure if hdb will approve the transaction without rom cert

if hdb dont approve = no snp/spa = can't exercise

i also in same predicament, mines worse because ROM planned in May 2018. only can walk one step see one step. Think can try to appeal to developers.

SA left mostly 1 & 2 bedders

if only garment allow above 35 singles to buy
