Don't know maintenance fee how much yet, i only know my unit is counted as 7 shares. Mine is 4 bdrm.

I only see those walking distance from mrt.

My first choice Wandervale
Second choice Brownstone
3rd Sol Acres.

For deferred payment.

If i sell my hse b4 TOP.
Do i have to pay 3% more?

I thot 3% interest more is only apply when u ask for extension after TOP.

Sell house is a must no matter what.
Deferred payment simply means u start paying for new house only upon TOP but u incur the 3% extra.

You will indicate which payment scheme when you made the 5% deposit. Dun think can change after that. So whether you sell your hse b4 or after TOP, no diff.

Deferred mean start servicing loan after TOP.

heard from the agent for def payment.. you need to let go your house before TOP it is a must.. While for prog payment, you are given a time max 6 months for you to sell ur house after TOP... so better clarify this with your agent..
