Give birth is only a short term solution.
If today ppl make many babies, when they grow old we will need even more babies to cover the old ppl. It's a vicious cycle.
Circle games, goes round and round.Five people plays on four chairs.Once the music stops, then the one without chair, the loser.

need to transport people who are fertile to another ulu planet which conditioned like Stone Age. No internet, no hp, no office then sure will multiply. In fact this was the type of condition which the previous generations were living under.

You might as well advertise on CareerFuture with job title "baby maker" and state sponsored cost of living, food, tonic, health care etc.. just to born children that belong to the state. Put up skillfuture courses for training post partum nannies, training to-be mothers on "how to get pregnant" etc.

Very good idea. You can set example to do first. No womb also can implant.

More realistic solution.
Give Chatgpt or any other AI citizenship.
Copy then Paste.
There, magic population.

There are still low SES families with poor family planning, relying on social welfare.

If there are more unplanned pregnancies among the higher SES families, we may be able to grow our population. We can start by banning condoms and birth control pills.

For more drastic measure, we will need to roll back gender equality. As the BBC programme said, many women are unmarried because they have high expectation of marriage; they want to marry up. A corollary is that lower SES males are unmarried too.

gov can provide free childcare, free education and free healthcare first ?
there we go again . in countries where this is done tfr is significantly above 2.1????
the idea of being tied down by kids is not appealing to many women. it’s unsuited to how they have been brought - to be independent, accomplished etc
the only exception to low tfr in modern society is within deeply religious communities and i emphasise DEEPLY, so ppl like the amish .

I viewed a video from BBC on fertility and birth rates suddenly realised a solution for Singapore to tackle our fertility issues and rapidly aging population! People below 40 now need to have much more children than their parent’s generation and grandparents’ generation and that will reverse the trend!!

ah.. thanks for your kind intentions but no need.

We just import... faster solution.
