Did you remember accessing any website that, suddenly, have your PC reacting weirdly before you know you have been hacked? I bet the person must have infected a particular website and you happened to browse it 'accidentally' and get hooked.

Or did you open any suspicious attachment in an online email recently?

These two scenarios are highly areas of infection and hackers love to use them as staging platforms.

A long time ago, one of my gaming friends' PC was remotely controlled immediately after he accessed a porn site for five minutes. How did he know his PC got controlled? The hacker opened the media drive remotely. My friend got shocked right there. Then the hacker closed the Internet browser and opened up MS Word to write "You've been hacked, idiot." remotely. My friend nearly fainted.

After that case, he did not own a gaming PC anymore and switched to console gaming instead. Hahaha...

But i doubt that will stop him watching porn.

Try contacting IDA or the relevant authorities and get them to block this particular IP address? Or something like that since to get to your computer, one needs to go through local ISP servers (unless ur comp has VPN), so u can discuss with authorities wad actions to undertake?

Edit: And until the problem is resolved, get the affected computer off the internet? Coz I don't remember anyone so powerful to remotely control an offline computer.

dont make me laugh leh, you file IDA report , you think they care?

TS, just nuke the PC, wipe it clean and re-install windows

unless, you want SPF to investigate but i doubt they will even care.

leave the pc as it is and disconnect the PC from internet access

Ok that's what I'm doing now but how do you change IP? I tried to power cycle my router but it doesn't seem to be changing, I'm using Singtel aztech 7003-J

Woah u pretty song ah, things happen 6 hours liao then u start laughing at the comments.

Very smart ah. TS reveal most of the stuff to u via the thread liao then u laugh. Maybe see if u can still laugh if he deletes all his other posts and only leaves his original post intact.

Come I clap for u...
