hahaha i know right...but during the announcement, the old man say it will be available this month. Going by markets and last year timeline, it should arrive in our tiny shores in October or November.

ok la tbf when xperia 1 ii was announced, it was near the peak of Covid-19 infections and many countries were going to lockdown, so supply chain was severely affected.

now the supply chain should be slightly better so hope the phone reaches our shores fast, provided Sony doesn't do a google where pixel 4a only came 1 mth + later

I have the S20 from Telco and I will be replacing it with this Xperia 5 II. The exynos in S20 is horrible. Overheats in camera and gaming, and short battery life. 120Hz is not usable in gaming at all as it'll throttle.

in the meanwhile I have decided to get poco x3 to satisfy my 120hz desire while waiting for prices of rhe 5ii to settle down on carousell.

Some will hiam 1080p screen and lack of wireless charging. But yeah, if you feel that it's worth the price you're paying, then go for it. It's your money after all.

Guys, this expensive flagship discussion has been discussed many times, look at first page first post for the reason. Its already happened and price of ALL flagship phones will not go down just because of complaints and whining from forums.

You want flagship phones be prepared to pay costly prices. And now you guys can start saving /making money to prepare for upcoming future flagship phones. And do your homework diligently before you purchase because some flagship mobiles do not live up to their name / advertised ..
