I also hope I don't lose the gains...Soteyh, what's the rationale behind stopping Candito and going away from a relatively heavy program to what I feel is fairly chillax weights? Wouldn't this cause detraining if you stop heavy lifting for too long? (say more than 2 weeks?)

But I'm thankful for the lower intensity to give the joints and supporting muscles a break to catch up. Don't want to get injured, so doing high volume with loads of stretching and rolling
I feel that as long as you monitor for joint aches and lower the intensity somewhat then it would be alright.
Your new program is a drastic reduction from Candito. I would be surprised if there's no detraining tbh![]()
