If you apply through the SC mobile app, click 4% APP EXCLUSIVE OFFER and apply now.. u can get 4% for next 6 months if u do not have a eSaver account..existing customer with no e-saver account also is a New deposit customer.

No need to apply through SC mobile. Just walk in. Last week I went SC to reactivate my esaver which I suspended the night before. After that I asked gal if an account has been foreclosed about 2 years ago, can the person still open a Priority Member account and get the promotion of 4% pa annum interest for 6 months. She said yes and has been messaging me to get the person to open a priority and I will get $400 as introducer :LOL:

Which branch you went to? And do you remember her name?
I applied for am esaver earlier this year. But never deposited anything inside. And they subsequently sent me an email saying that my application had been cancelled.
But when I went to a branch to get help with opening the 4% , 6 month esaver, the officer, who initially wasn't even aware of this promo (cos it has to be opened via app , not at branch) went to the back room, made enquiries, and returned to tell me that I have an account with them still! And that I'm not eligible for that promo because of that!

Any priority customers received an extension to their eSaver deal that does not require new funds (ending June 2023)?

Patience? They never even give me a chance to wait .
I called many times, morning, afternoon , night, over several days
Every time it either tells me to call some other time. Or tells me to leave my number, which I did, and they'll call me back. Its been a full week (or more) but no call .
How did you manage that?
What number did you call? And what options did you choose ?
18007477000. I think I choose accounts & deposit. I asked about the 4% new deposit customer via the app. The staff also not aware & insisted there's no such promo & told me could be a scam. I gave up arguing with him. A while later, he called me back to apologize & confirm the promo is legit.

Their CSO is the worst and I think they need product trainings. Encountered a few incidents recently that they insisted the customers were wrong. One example was the smart credit card sign up promo of $250 which existing customers are eligible. Though it was stated very clearly on the t&c and not one but a few of them insisted that the promo was for new sign up customers only.

Though it was stated very clearly on the t&c and not one but a few of them insisted that the promo was for new sign up customers only.
so at the end, do you manage to get $250 ?

I called that number except without the 1800. I think i chose accounts too.

I chat with them using SCB website via laptop. The chat button not easy to find though. Also, must be fast to type the questions u want to ask, if not they'll end the chat very fast. Very pissed off....
I think SCB stands for Suck Customers' Blood

Not yet. They followed up with an email to state that it is for new customer in clause 2. Period. On Monday, I replied to them by pointing out clause 4 and they did not get back to me till now.
Cannot imagine they can simply uplift one clause for new customer sign up and simply ignore the clause for the eligibility of the existing cc customer. Their marketing failed badly and the CSO was not being informed or trained to understand the clauses.
