No need to apply through SC mobile. Just walk in. Last week I went SC to reactivate my esaver which I suspended the night before. After that I asked gal if an account has been foreclosed about 2 years ago, can the person still open a Priority Member account and get the promotion of 4% pa annum interest for 6 months. Sadly nope!Any priority customers received an extension to their eSaver deal that does not require new funds (ending June 2023)?
18007477000. I think I choose accounts & deposit. I asked about the 4% new deposit customer via the app. The staff also not aware & insisted there's no such promo & told me could be a scam. I gave up arguing with him. A while later, he called me back to apologize & confirm the promo is legit.Patience? They never even give me a chance to wait .
I called many times, morning, afternoon , night, over several days
Every time it either tells me to call some other time. Or tells me to leave my number, which I did, and they'll call me back. Its been a full week (or more) but no call .

Their CSO is the worst and I think they need product trainings. Encountered a few incidents recently that they insisted the customers were wrong. One example was the smart credit card sign up promo of $250 which existing customers are eligible. Not yet. They followed up with an email to state that it is for new customer in clause 2. Period. On Monday, I replied to them by pointing out clause 4 and they did not get back to me till now.so at the end, do you manage to get $250 ?
