Went down to enquire. Minimum amount to qualify for wealth holdings is $1000 lol
Why don't you call in and ask. At times the counter staffs know nuts and give wrong info

You can click to chat via mobile app too. Just try ask again afresh

This kind of things don't keep asking them. They ask product team and then guess what you are up to and close it.

End up like Bonus Saver.

I think his is joint and he is not the primary acct holder that's why he did not get
I still think the counter staff don't know so anyhow advise. Usually the right thing to do is to refer to tnc. And if I'm the one I'll ask her base on what she says that? Encounter too many times customer service staff not sure so any how dish out a reason to shoo us away.

Agree that their staff and also cso are useless. Lousiest banking service. Just recd an app notification asking me experience with their RM. I rated 4, reason no sound no picture, nvr hear or spoke to him/her. Actually I don't even know I have a RM until I see their notification.

BTW firexed did not answer to royalmix query. Under tnc, non-primary acct holder will not get the wealth holding bi

For esaver joint, shouldn't the BI goes back into joint acc?

Let's say if he is the joint account holder, also the main account holder, he should be entitled to the BI if he holds wealth under his name.

But if he already participated the previous promo under his sole account, then this cycle he shifted his funds to the joint, will he still be entitled for the BI?

Yes, only if he is the main/primary acct holder

Meaning I only need hold wealth under my name. Then I can rotate continuously between sole and joint so long for joint I'm the main holder?
