First week using giga! plan. Experience 3/10 using iphone xs max. Mostly very lag at town area or woodlands. Apps cant load and giga doesn’t support VoLTE. I was a singtel user for close to 8years till recently contract ended and decided to switch to sim only.

Even thou sim only plans have alot of data but it’s redundant because its too lag. Probably waiting for good number from giga and switch to m1 or singtel sim only.

Im already on giga. Wanted to port over my parent's existing M1 mobile line to giga.

Any idea if I can add another line to my giga acct and port over my parent M1 number to giga?

Who has the ownership of your parent's line? Your parent or u? If your parent, then u need to transfer the line to u before porting into your giga account.

You should have expected that when you switched from main Singtel to giga which is using Starhub.

You could have switched to Grid, which is using Singtel network.

i though this was mentioned in quite a number of threads around here that most MNVO does not have VoLTE beside Cricle. and if you want such service, u should consider Singtel on SIM only plan. (i think should have ba)

Singtel does have sim only plan, but it’s 1year contract basis

Heard gomo is also using singel network. But i think VoLTE is important to me, most of the time i play games and on phone calls

Singtel M1 Starhub and TPG all have minimum 1 month contract SIM Only plan.

For Singtel, their SIM only plan without contract is a $20 with 3GB, zero talktime and zero SMS plan with no caller ID
