was there such fiasco when telcos switching to 4G?

What make and model is your device? Unless you have 2 SIM/eSIM cards, otherwise, why is there 2 options to choose from?I got my switch from 4G to 5G plan.
Few questions:
1). Why there are now 2 lines for me to choose? Primary and secondary? Which one to choose as default?
2). Do i need to remove my old physical SIM card out of my phone now since no longer applicable?
3). How to tell if my plan is already on 5G? My phone still showing 4G?

I using mix fold 3 and it auto upgrade into 5G plan network.Anyone on giga 5g network using Poco phones? Because I notice no Poco models are listed so I wonder really is it none are suitable...
I think I see somemore they indicated that. Their FAQ of supported handset also have indicated. Yes, annoying, but what to do, it's apple.Just found out that 5G isn't available on iPhone after signing up lol. They should indicate this upfront or so... Haiz... I should do more research the next time.
Lol... I think telcos should indicate it somewhere upfront instead of hiding it under FAQ. This is a kind of dishonest act.I think I see somemore they indicated that. Their FAQ of supported handset also have indicated. Yes, annoying, but what to do, it's apple.
That's most companies modus operandi. Shouldn't be something new.Lol... I think telcos should indicate it somewhere upfront instead of hiding it under FAQ. This is a kind of dishonest act.

Have the same problem. Sometimes signal drops for a few seconds and reconnects. Informed Giga through messenger but they haven't even checked yet.Knn I did not know Giga sometimes have this M1-like airplane mode problem, needed to trigger airplane mode on and off to get back connection.![]()
This 5g rollout Still seem v unstable at the momentStrangely when my phone is on the 5G connection, SMSes can't come in. If I switch to 4G connection, all the SMSes flood in.
Same! I spent like 1 hour trying to troubleshoot what happened to my incoming SMS.Strangely when my phone is on the 5G connection, SMSes can't come in. If I switch to 4G connection, all the SMSes flood in.
Thanks…If you search the thread, the answer is no.
