Finally got ahold of the live chat agent. Was told it may take 1-3 days for port in. Will wait and see on Monday.Maybe I was porting from SH, and Giga is under SH so its faster?

No VoLTE so most likely no.Just want to check, will I still be able to use the phone for data while I’m on a call under Giga?

I just tried. When the calls comes in, the data drop from 4G to H. And the YouTube video could not load.
FYI.
This is bad. Are all MVNOs like that?
Anyone faced issues with receiving OTP SMS after porting in with giga? I am unable to receive Facebook/Instagram login verification OTP SMS. Not sure if it is FB/IG issue or a giga issue.

I don’t have problem receiving OTP.
cannot decide between 18 for 40gb or 25 for 45gb. any advice?
Yes you can switch later, roll over max is 2x your monthly allowance so 80GB. Take note if you switch plans, rollover from previous month is forfeited.hi lohsenglte, so 18 for 40 can change to 25 for 45 later ? and can roll over 40 gb every month for 2 times right?so 3rd month has 120Gb?
Yes, you should sign up with Circles Life or MyRepublic if you want crystal clear calls and surf the internet at the same time using VoLTE. Circles Life and MyRepublic plans are the cheapest and with the lowest 4G latency in Singapore. No horse run. Jurong640 can confirm on the latency
Apparently, there's no VoLTE if using latest Pixel phones with M1. So user beware.
Ok... But you know where I am driving at right? Haha
Yes, me too. Encouraging folks to convert to M1 and I think we are doing a good job too.
M1 please notice us... maybe can give some benefits such as free phone plan etc.
Actually should be fine for most people. How many of us need to surf the internet while on a call? StarHub has to make a difference between their StarHub line and Giga! line to justify the price difference. This is one of the differences.
Only Starhub and Singtel mvnos does not have Volte. Voice calls will be on 3G. Only MyRepublic, Circles.life and Geenet has Volte, voice calls on 4G
