Recently just encountered this issue: giga sim suddenly down so can't get mobile data. They issued free replacement but that card when slotted in, showed up as not provisioned. restart phone a few times but no use.

So u Gotta get into live chat and tell them. They'll do something on their on end n ask u to restart. Then ok already.

Giga so far has been positive for me. Best thing just got another free 5gb data for Christmas. Connection also no issue. Much better than the M1 Cori plan I used to have. Totally no regret.

I left 5 days before my next billing but i still got around 80gb of data left. Hoo hoo.

I experienced a few times of weird cannot make voice call, but have data usage movements. And luckily so far always managed to "resolve" them after rebooting phone. touchwood...

I am quite same as you. I ported over from SH to giga for quite a few months already. Honestly not much complains, unless too much unutilized minutes and data is a grumble haha
Actually I am quite surprised quite some people around me still dont know of mvno other than the 4 telcos, and mostly will prefer the big 3 only. The 4th and other mnvo really arent that bad leh IMHO, and more savings really. Unless you are one who needs to change new phone every few months or annualy, else sim-only contract-less should be the way to go

yes even if you factor in the overall cost of the phone over the 2 years, sim only plan is still cheaper than the the telco's 2 year contract plan. Plus you get the flexibility to change MVNO.

yes I can ascertain this also. No point to sign 2 years contract for new iPhone becos overall cost over 2 years are more expensive than buying the phone alone with $18 sim only plan.

and u will notice that most plans with contract gives very little data and u must go for very high end plan to have even the same amount of data as per any much cheaper sim only plan.

And pekcek sometimes cannot change telco. like for M1 i can never ever get any signal downstairs of my house. I have to bear with it for years.

Then it's perfectly fine. I won't be anywhere near finishing the 50gb anyways.
