the roaming data is included is the plan monthly?
$15 plan has 2GB APAC
Once off as per the T&C.

How do I enjoy the free gigaRoam APAC packs during sign up?

The free gigaRoam APAC packs are automatically assigned to your plan at the summary page during payment check out. For the $10 plan, you will enjoy a free 1GB gigaRoam APAC pack. For the $15 and $20 plans, you will enjoy a free 2GB gigaRoam APAC pack. Note that the free gigaRoam is a one-time offer, which you will receive upon activation of your giga line.

Each gigaRoam APAC pack has a validity period of 90 days from the day you sign up for your giga line. Upon arriving at your travel destination, the gigaRoam APAC will be valid for 5 days.

Does your dashboard load properly in giga android app?

My one doesn't seem to load.

Nothing wrong with viewing the dashboard on Firefox on Windows system though.

Giga reception at at town area mainly ion is getting really bad. Can't even make a call/use my data unless I go ground floor or out of the mall. Been getting 3g reception recently around my house area too. 3x lines with 3 diff mobile phones with the same issue.

If you are using some form of Ads blockers, you need to disable it so that it is able to load.

For me I'm using Adguard DNS and my observation is that once I disable it, it am able to load correctly on my Android Mobile App.

I suspect that some of the API URLs endpoints Adguard flag it as Bad Domain. That's why it stuck at loading forever.

I am indeed using adguard DNS.

But still doesn't explain why the app loading has issue while logging in by website on the phone internet browser has no issue?

giga website is built using Microsoft ASP .Net Framework Web Form (ASPX).

This is a legacy Web Application Framework where it adopt the Sever-sided Rendering concept.

While giga Android Mobile App is built as a hybrid App. Hybrid in a sense that it is using Web View that is rendering pages retrieve from ASPX server.

The new Dashboard page seems to making API calls to a brand new URL or domains.

How Adguard DNS block ads is by black listing domain name.

If giga App decide to makes API calls to a black listed domain, the connectivity will fail because the domain resolution failed.
When the app failed to retrieve data via API call from the blacklisted domain, the Apps may stuck at loading forever.

Another possibility is that the giga app is sending telemetry to some tracker website.

Since Adguard DNS also blocks Telemetry Tracker Domain name, this may answer why the App is not loading if Adguard DNS is activated.

Can giga receive mobile signal / incoming calls in JB? M1 maxx no signal at all in JB.
Not sure about voice call because I was using data roaming throughout 3D2N. Gaming nonstop flawless, but of course if too deep into mall maybe low connection but just walk around sure will full bar again
