Is the 150Mbps worth the extra $10 since the international speed is the same as 100Mbps.

Could it be temporary? I've never heard of an unannounced downgrade of subscriber's plans before.

Well lets see what they get back to me...
They check and told me my plan was 200MB now asking backend to check...
Did 3 test on their website and all getting 100MB up and down.. Not bad if I am on 100MB. :)

No hardware/cable was change.. So lets wait and see.

Another month free subscription added to my 6mths :s22: SQUEEZING time..

Strongly recommend you get your own router and go Direct ONT. The 56 is good, the 66 is better, and in my testing I've found the D-Link 865 and the Apple Extreme Gen 6 better than the 56 too.

I've blown past 150 down when using a download manager (multiple separate files being downloaded). For casual browsing, 100 is likely more than enough for most people... but if you expect to occasionally download large files from sites that support high speeds, it comes down to the relative value of $10.

Speed chart as in the one advertised on Starhub's page ? I got the info from there. :o

My fibre contract is ending in about 5 months, but I intend to terminate it after Comex. 1 more payable month is money to the wrong people imo.

If you checked my posts, you'll easily know which provider I intend to switch to. Still, it's good to remind myself too until the day arrives. Viewqwest!

I can see why. Unlike the purple guys, they seem to be delivering to their promise...

Mind sharing the download manager you're using? I tried one, while it is reporting "good download numbers", somehow I don't think that is the real speed it is downloading :s22:
