Yep. My parents secured one of those units. When my parents decided on the 2+study unit, my parents agent received a call from the agent in charge of the project that there was another buyer currently in the showflat also deciding on the unit. Luckily my parents were faster. The other buyer could only get the higher floors.
So 2 of the 2+study sold within the same day (or was it the other one was sold the next day)

Really, when we reached the showflat, there were a few other people inside discussing with their agents.

There was another couple who secured a 2+s the day b4 my parents decided

It was fortunate that they went with the higher floor units


So for that 3 days, 3 2+S were snapped up

My case was different, another higher floor 2+S units was snapped up immediately aft my parents got the lower floor one

If u see the balance unit chart, all the 764sqft 2+S fully sold

There r two types of 2+s

One is 764sqft
The other one is 786sqft

Which one you got?
The 786sqft type was selling slower

Yeah, the kitchen without window is definitely a turn off for me, hence i keep looking at bigger units till one with windows. But should have gotten a >1k sqft.

764 really too small.

The sea facing view is indeed not bad at higher levels.

The inner facing view also decent. Can see 155,156, 160, 161 directly across; Hope they don’t rebuild into 40 storeys HDB for now. At least can enjoy for a few years the view. Can last 5-6 years also not bad.
