764.

Yeah, the kitchen without window is definitely a turn off for me, hence i keep looking at bigger units till one with windows. But should have gotten a >1k sqft.

764 really too small.

To me, it’s not about the bigger the unit the better. It’s whether the unit suit the family needs. For a family of 3, 2 bedroom and a study is just nice. :)

Ya. Different ppl have different preferences. If ur household is more than 3, definitely a squeeze

only 2. But sometimes my family will come stay overnight (as in this is what happen for current).

My family those very close knitted kind, so will chat, play, talk nonsense from afternn till late night.

Guess in future very hard

That means you didn’t get a unit that suit all your family needs :o

The sea facing view is indeed not bad at higher levels.

The inner facing view also decent. Can see 155,156, 160, 161 directly across; Hope they don’t rebuild into 40 storeys HDB for now. At least can enjoy for a few years the view. Can last 5-6 years also not bad.

This drone view seems higher than 40 storeys? If so, i doubt even the highest floor can see some sea view or just barely.

Just noticed that the condo beside SR seems to have a helipad at top? Lol

thats why such thing cannot rush one. Govt suddenly throw one spanner, and i am definitely not selling my current residence so just rush.

When you rush, your level of thinking become distorted.

wah not me also...I am thinking why like so so high. then i self convince myself that maybe they build a high base, i.e. 1st floor like 20m above ground

haha

Stirling R is actually 44 stories high

It’s level 1 is 5 stories high, which is 4 stories higher than usual condominium projects

So SR is actually taller than queens and same height as commonwealth towers and queens peak

Look at the drone shot, it’s about the same height as commonwealth towers

This means it’s at a correct height

Pros and cons
1) u paid the 7% ABSD I believe.
2) but u get to buy at lower psf than the later buyers as SR did not reduce price as far as I know.
3) u didn’t have time to think if u should get a 2+S or 3 bedder.

My parents gonna sell our current residence anyway so we didn’t need to rush when the ABSD increase:)

True, but if govt din throw a stunt, i would have bought a 3 bedder at the lower psf (since there is always a early bird launch) and at 7% ABSD.

Yeah, 2+S definitely do-able, 3room den wasnt sure. After signing, few days later we got together to compute our finances, den we realized, crap, should have buy bigger.

Anyway past tense already, so just make do with what i have

When my parents got to know abt SR last year, blk 21 2+S already fully sold.
So no choice but go for blk 23
But when we buying
Still got a lot of ppl competing for 2+ S
