Honestly, i would have taken Blk 23. Wasnt launch at all when i was there.

But to be honest, blk 21 not bad either, nearest blk to mrt

But no way going for blk 25

The 2+ S stack in blk 25 is right on top of bin centre and bbq pavilions
Furthermore, it is furthest blk from mrt

wahahaha, thats exactly what i told my wife. I told her no way i am going for 25 with the points you have mentioned.

21 is better for walk to MRT.

Just afraid tennis court, swimming pool and childcare centre will be noisy during the day

Most people want the middle block 23 cause it is coined as the dragon block hence they release it last. Imagine if they release the dragon early and everyone rush to buy that block, they will have trouble selling 21/25.

Ya the developer clearly thought it through.
They released it last and priced it more expensive than blk 21 and 25

But stack 03 is one of the furthest away from the childcare centre among the stacks at blk 21 so don’t worry

It is near the pool
But a pool view is definitely great since u r on a low floor

The only concern is the tennis court but honestly, who plays tennis in the middle of the night

There’s a FB group and telegram set up for SR for verified owners. Just need to show OTP with name and everything else censored.

Projects news, group buy discounts, reno related stuffs will be shared via this channel. Interested can just go to the FB book to register

When my parents got to know abt SR last year, blk 21 2+S already fully sold.
So no choice but go for blk 23
But when we buying
Still got a lot of ppl competing for 2+ S

wow but if u got in Blk 23 then it isn’t as worth.

Blk 21 and 25 were a lot cheaper; especially Blk 25 2+S high floor above 20 was only about 1.3x mil?

Stack 25 while above bin centre and BBQ pavilion if u get high floor above 20 would be ok. I think it was only 1.3mil, and sold very fast. Cos SR sits on elevated land and level 2 is like level 7 so level 20 is alr 27, you wouldn’t even noticed the bin. But I think for stack 23 1.3mil only can get you below 10 floor which is not worth since it’s facing main entrance imo.

The unit my parents bought at blk 23 is mid high floor above 25th floor
That’s y need 1.4mil

If u opted to buy at launch for the same price can buy Blk 21(pool side) level 35 and above which is really nice view king of the hill kind. Thus, I think those who buy at launch benefits most. Nonetheless, SR is a value buy.
