Got to be careful with some China developer sometimes as they may sabo the earlier buyers by pricing the remaining units Low. The alps is one of live example.
Whereas CEL (local developer) raise the price for park colonial like nobody business. :D

According to price list, SR didn’t decrease price and only gave 3% discount to 4 not so popular stacks, they using some sales tatics like faking they didn’t launch all the units when they did

Will we see an EC priced higher than Private in same locality? Hehe

3 years exit vs 8/9 years exit product.

Yes, SR instead of reducing price, has increased by quite a fair bit.
Earlier buyers even get to purchase at 16xxpsf and now, the left over units are around 19xxpsf with some fake 30-60k discount given.

Alps quite safe hehe, next to it have tapestry selling 13xxpsf and the upcoming EC no 11xxpsf to 1200psf no talk. For alps, hard to loss money la though the location sucks.

Listing asking $1.2mil. Or $12xxpsf
Asking tho, well in months or year to come let’s see how much a resale 3 bedder alps will be transacting. Hehe :)

Coz it’s a fine example of how developer can also lower its price for its balance units.

These are transacted in 2020 btw. Not back then transactions

Sold liao? Qeeeeee~ then still talkin abt alps for watt
