Yes. I went to Sweden for university exchange for around 5 months.

I didn't have the chance to study or work in the other European countries though.

My brother studied in the UK for 1 year and he didn't seem to have any major issues there. But tiagong their NHS very jialat, want to visit doctor impromptu also need to wait for like 3 months.

The criteria for retrenchment is no longer about who is performing and whos not. It is purely about whether your job is still relevant to the company.

The relationship between employees and employers is like that of doggies and human shopping for doggies. You can only hope the person buying the doggies don't buy on impulse out of boredom etc and discard the doggies when the interest die off. If there is really a need to discard the doggies, don't abandon them at the road side but please dispose the unwanted doggies at animal shelters.
