currently using Cooler Master Hyper 101 CPU cooler. just cleaned out the dust a few days ago and reapplied the thermal compound provided by Cooler Master. anyway to lower the CPU temp?

What is the ambient temperature when you run this?

Just got a new rig. Here's mine.
Just taken idle with chrome in background. Room rather warm, should be above average temp.
Everything at stock, Cpu cool by hyper evo 212.

Other than the fantastic 24degC awhile back, most of the time we are about 28degC-30degC.

Once it goes above 31degC ... it's terrible already. Your gfx card temp is good.

For those who interested ... this is i7-3770K with water cooling by Corsair H100.

Rather new to this, but was expecting cpu to be cooler (below 40degC) as I am using 3rd party cooler. Hardly below 40degC unless aircon. Realise we are using the same casing. Maybe I will change or add more fans. Currently with the 2 fan that comes with case.

cool night, non-aircon, dunno temp. abt 5-10min after running heaven 4.0. cf 7850, 2nd gpu not shown in hwmonitor. cpu sensor prolly not calibrated properly, tats why so absurdly low - ignore.

Cool meh? Your cpu temp is like 25degC .... mean that ambient is 25degC or lower. LOL!!

no lah already say ignore that. I think its CPU sensor calibration problem. prolly many 720 users affected (but gleefully think its true)
