Some FI have been in this programme for 3 to 4 years, i guess they have experience what to look for as a min level of entry point in order to get to speed of their regular work.You are right on that, it does help after going through one and really read up again for the next "test" (interview). They may have their own agenda, just that if this is a programme with a criteria of no work experience should have some leveling. Let's say both trainees, the work expectations for those who have abundant of knowledge most likely expect to do more. On hindsight, there are other FIs interview that is literally just interest and chit chat. It differs alot from FI to FI.
