Honestly, i think is a tough choice.
Criterion has no west sun and a nice great pool. Further away from chinese temple and CDL a reput developer.

What i like about signature, psf is cheaper. Quality wise i feel better than criterion (Compare to both showflat). And i like it as it is more spacious.

Stack 6 doesn't have a good view, and may not have much breeze.

West sun is a killer. My previous place faced the west sun although not throughout the year, it was so freaking warm (Singapore is a tropical country so you can imagine how many months in a year). Hope your unit isn't facing the west sun.

Quality- I think it depends on individual. Many would prefer parquet but I prefer laminate. Its personal preference and I think CDL wouldn't risk giving lousy quality. This is one of the reasons why the ppl in this thread bought The Criterion.

And yes, the Chinese temple is of concern.

I believe all would have their own preferences and reasons why they bought their units. So, lets all wait for TOP and be great neighbours!

Yup. really depend on individual.
Just to add. I prefer bosch over whirlpool. And Parquet over laminated. I hate the signature pool and layout. Criterion pool definitely better.
Criterion Entrance is more grand than signature as well.
Floor plan, I find criterion 4br is funny. Signature is those typical and safer kind.
Give and take ba.

Hmm...why u find The Criterion 4bdrm layout funny? There's C1, C2, C2-2 & C3, which one funny?

From earlier post, someone mentioned Signature's 4bdrm, their bdrm 4 size is only 5sqm which is too small to be functional as a bdrm. Maybe can only use as study room. That's y they chose the Criterion over Signature. For The Criterion, bdrm 4 size is 6.9 sqm(C3), 7.2 sqm(C2, C2-2).

Sorry is mistake is 3br Premium. the one with balcony at the main door.

Yup you are right 4 bdrm, one of the bdrm super small and just beside master bdrm. Can use as study or wallrobe. Price also cheaper cos smaller.. :s13:

Anyone can share what's the process like as the EC approaches TOP and key collection? Will there be a letter couple of months before to inform about this? Would like to plan in advance when to start putting up my existing flat for sale. TIA.

3 maths prior to TOP, CDL will conduct a check on buyer details.
Let's say TOP announced to be in Jan 2018.
Next receive NVP letter (usually spread over 1mth) in Jan/Feb 2018.
Online booking of key collection in Feb/Mar
Rectification Report & Works in Mar/April.
Shift-in in APR/MAY depending on the renovations.
