Stack 6 doesn't have a good view, and may not have much breeze.

Based on the floor plan, one of the balcony is having direct pool view right? Which stack would most likely have breeze? Is stack 6 most likely facing west sun too?

My current HDB does not have west sun and it is cooling whole day, in cooling months I even have to wear jacket at home.. I am also afraid stack 6 would be warm whole day due to west sun facing..

So if i am looking for 3Br Premium, stack 22, 24, 26 and 28 would be the best?

If you want high floor, only stack 28 available and facing like not ideal. Facing west all the windows.

Hi guys,
Do you guys know how to calculate the property tax in our area.
Understand they take the rental nearby as average and tax.
For Signature and Criterion, what would the tax range like? 3k per ann?

How you derive $3k?

My assumption is $3k rental a month. So annual value will be $36K.
Based on the tax % in the link below, our property tax should be around $1120. [($36k - $8k) * 0.04].
