4Bedroom, Stack 17 or Stack 29/31 better?

Hmm...depend on what you comparing against for these 3 stacks.

Stack 29 & 31 more expensive bcoz facing reservoir but now all high floor units gone. Stack 29 left with #05 highest and Stack 31 left with #04. C1 is smallest size among all 4 bdrm.

Stack 17 still left with #9 & #10 if you want high floor. C2-2 is biggest size among all 4 bdrm. Master bdrm window will get pool view.

I would think with the units left now, Stack 17 would be a better choice taking into consideration level, view and size.

On a side note, the new park beside acacia is now functional.

Sorry... exactly should not say bad, maybe not ideal.... those left over i saw was either near substation, at the entrance, west sun... ,but i think the worst one is beyond my budget...., was looking at stack 8, but now left with level 4.
Stack 28 was my next, but face the sun....

Ah...so #06-08 is sold ah...not reflected yet...#04-08 not bad too if you dun mind low floor, will get good pool view (kids & spa) but maybe noisy.

Stack 28 all rooms facing west...not very ideal...though still got high floor units

One of our owner who works in ID firm also says The Criterion material is better.

But we still got pple coming into our thread to say they compare both showroom finishing and say Signature one is BETTER leh. :s8:

Any idea why criterion fence is only full wire fence while Signature's fence I saw on picture is build within walls? Which is better and safer?

I see 8courtyard & 1canberra also using wire fence which are later camouflaged with plants. The Criterion one not really wire fence but more like metal grill type. I wouldn't be concerned how the fence looks like. As long as there's security access on level 1 and basement Carpark.

Will criterion fence be camouflaged with plants as well? This will help with the privacy

Dun know...must wait til landscaping is done else you can ask CDL?

Hmmm... Will these be wild creeping weeds, or proper flowered plants? I wonder with so much plants crawling on the entire perimeter of fence ( over 400 meters??), will this kind of setup drives the overall maintenance cost higher to trim and manage these creepers?
