I am keen to know more what the ID is advising. Been trying to understand how different are the material compared up.

Can your ID friend share the details such as criterion uses eg: Europe marble? (what brand?) while signature uses what and from where?

Or example criterion uses what kind of wood versus signature's for their bedroom flooring?

I mean, this way it may a better quantify and help potential buyers make informed decision on exactly what they meant by 'better'?

Anyone knows if the developer is offering bulk discount on balcony decking?

Nope, din hear anything from developer. Likely all these will be announced when closer to TOP date.

IMO dun wait any longer.

They always say nearer to TOP or when TOP, price will be up 1% or more because actual site, unit, facing all can see already etc.

Wat if suddenly govt say 14k ceiling down to 10k due property... Haha.. Kidding.
If can, buy muz buy. :)

Anyone knows why sales of stack 27 is so slow considering it is facing the reservior/country club area?

ya....the balcony in the living room will be facing the side of stack 31 (aircon ledge). but the views of the 3 bedrooms shd be ok...unblocked.

btw stack 27 still got 10th flr & below units.
