Exactly lor. I also avoid that stretch during after office peak hrs. And so many heavy vehicles lor. Luckily now Chong Fu is single session already. Else the kids taking bus home also will be stucked in the jam.

For Criterion/Signature residents with kids going to Pri sch in 2018/2019, the best bet is certainly Northland Pri. Do whatever it takes to send them there!

Otherwise, Huamin or Northview may not be too bad either but in Yishun, normally people fancy Chongfu or Northland Pri.

I tried once at Yishun ave 7 during peak hrs (about 6pm) going towards VICOM direction. I really wonder how are those symphony suite residents going to cope in future just to get home by car. It is a crazy jam situation.

That route is bad because of all the junctions. With Ave 8, this should be better. I wonder when this will be ready.

Wow, seems like my stack 17 not getting the morning sun? But West Sun is referring to noon time's sun?

I am not sure if you can get the info online. Most likely not I reckon?
I managed to get all those info in the showroom. Get the agent to share with you all the details you wanted (Not verbally, but factually on their official documents. Get them to show you. For e.g. how big is the a/c ledge, how big is the bedrooms size, balcony, PES etc)

Maybe you can try to ask CDL and see if they will give you the details.

I did email them once to check on more general stuff, like if there are any security access at lift lobby and basement carpark. They replied on the next day. Otherwise, can ask the agents in charge. If you need agent contact, you can pm me. My agent quite friendly and efficient.
