I’m surprised the final quantum seems low, should have very good response. Compared to Midtown Bay, the M seems like a no brained, foolproof buy.

But I just notice the 2bedroom all comes w only 1 bath.

There are a lot of units with bad facing though. I just hope the prices don’t escalate quickly

But if you look at it from an investment perspective looking to rent out, the bad facing doesn’t really matter, since the quantum is cheap the rental yield would be decent.

Prices quoted here are after 7% early bird discounts.. subjected to changes at developer’s discretion.. i remember when Duo Residences balloting day, the dev took few ‘breaks’ in between the balloting to ‘adjust’ the pricing upwards!

I quite like the 1 bedder 409sqft without the balcony.
On the contrary, the 409sqft studio looks cramp and no wall to separate living room and bedroom.
