Got to queue despite the appointment made
Waiting time about 5-10 minutes
Inside so crowded
Just see the 2S layout only and out in 2min so crowded or maybe unit too small
Finishing don’t look impressive
I don’t like the layout - esp on of the 2 bedders kitchen is along corridor
Project squeezed in between 4 rows of shophouse
Look like gonna ballot and don’t like the feeling
95% I won’t buy for own stay

Isn’t 743 sqft the standard 2BR size for most new launch now? But I get your point about the development feeling crammed

The 743 sqf is a 2plus study right?
Would think that is the minimal size for a small family maybe 3 ppl?
Just don’t like layout around the entrance and kitchen area
Feel it’s designed for rental market not own stay
Just my personal views and like I said I’m newbie in Ppty
What I didn’t realised until I was there is that ground floor will have retail area and Also Multi storey carpark and not basement

I rather not have those strata titled retail shops below condo. Prefer integrated development run by capitaland/fraser.
Just now curious drove to city gate, got a shock to see so many shops are left empty.

Agent said retail sold to single buyer, so maybe will have better coordination n strategy.

The location for M is very good, opposite Bugis Junction and walking distance to Suntec City and City Hall.
In terms of rentability factor this will be the perfect location for tenants.
