Did your Vulcan get packed with other items that may have caused the detention of the package? Or did you buy a modified version?

It should not be detained as its obviously a toy (for kids 6 years and up), even the local dept stores will be bringing them in soon too.

I have bought quite a few Vulcans Value Packs (8 boxes altogether) directly from Hasbro and shipped in by vPost, everything arrived fast and without problem, all with customs clearance stickers.

I also bought a few boxes of the Vulcans (Standard versions) from JB too, went through customs without any issue.

You definitely don't need a license, check with ICA to clarify.

i think cause you gt it vis ebay you have problems,since hasbro is a well known company and probably has some allowances with customs cause of its reputation being a kids company....but if u bought it on ebay you might have problems.....i havin a hard time too anyway....i ask my seller on ebay to ship the covers and internals separately so hopefully i dont get caught,they cant contain it if it cant shot,hehehehehehe

Nerf stock update!

Btw, just an update, the Nerf stock in various local dept stores are getting surprisingly low lately...

Recons seem to be very limited now, i was at OG Orchard this evening and there were none left! Still saw a few Mavericks but those seem to be depleting quickly too (and price also increased to $21.90!).

The stores now have alot of the new Dart Tag Hyperstrikes though, which is the 2 player 10 dart shooter pack. I guess their supplier just brings in shipments as and when they get the stock.

I was actually keen to get more MagStrikes, so i walked over to Robinsons Centrepoint looking to check out their Iron Man Blasters. Of the 10+ boxes that were on display last week... now only 2 left!

the nerf war if anyone wans to join,should be like 2 seperate teams starting at opposite sides,then chase each other around to shoot them,i think people get eliminated by getin hit in the chest,and there should be a few rounds so we can go around and collect our darts,but in order for evryone to be happy and smiling after nerf ear i think we should have a modding meeting first as we need to modify the gun to accept ''fbr' darts/stefans so we wont get peaved if our ammo get lost.....and actually i think that if you guys wan play ctf or other skirmish stuff,
we can get a box fill it with stuff and it can be the ''flag'',i guess anything goes really....i just wanna shoot people!!!!!!

Hi barrabran, all of my Nerf Vulcan VP boxes have already been collected by my group, so i have none spare in hand at this moment.

Since the Nerf Vulcan is now avaliable at Toys R Us at Jusco, JB. No need to order from the states anymore. You can just take a quick drive across the causeway to buy 'em. Its retailing at RM$199.90... so after currency conversion, it'll be around SGD$83+.

Note that the Vulcans from Jusco are the standard box versions (comes with only 1 x 25 Dart Belt). For more ammo belts, you'll still have to order from the states.

Btw, if you are going to Jusco, JB to purchase the items, look out for the Recons there too, 'cos they stock the special "Bonus" version that comes with a blue sharpshooter scope.
