Yes, it is made from titanium, but it doesn't come in blue. Are you sure that it is a Transistor you've got there?
There are other similar-looking but cheaper, Oakley half-rims that are made from alloys and stainless steel.
how much does transistor cost before discount?
FYI, the Eyechamp chain got Diwali 50% discounts until 26-Oct. T&Cs apply - but not sure what are excluded.
Aiya good brands like tag and ic sure no 50% discount

ok cool. where did u get it from?
i did a search based on the sku number on the receipt and found this on the website
http://www.misterspex.co.uk/glasses/oakley-transistor-ox-3085-22-231_f6438518.html
is this a transistor??
Yeah it obviously is. I didn't know it comes in blue.
Regardless of color, the material is clearly stated as 'Titanium', there's no reason the salesperson should have told you otherwise. It wouldn't make sense for Oakley to make a stainless steel version of the same model with the same name.
hmm..i'm hoping the sales staff made a mistake there.. but i suppose i can believe that i was buying a real pair of oakley frames? the shop name is universal optical btw..quite a large shop in front of the escalator..

i think its a mistake by the sales peepz...
universal optical has a few outlets...tampines, far east and nex...it offered me a good deal for starck eye wears but unfortunately it didnt have the model i wanted.![]()
phew..wat a relief..thanks bro for the info..almost wanted to cancel my order with them.. guess it really pays to do some homework/research next time
How much for the Transistor?
$440 from Paris Miki. No discount.
You should be able to find Transistors for $350 online w/o warranty.
Tag Heuer is too wide, Porsche Design is too deep and Ray-Ban is just too small, for me.
should the axis be the same for different frames?
