Hello everyone! This is my first post here, although I have benefitted much from reading the whole thread. I have just placed a deposit for a unit at Visionaire 2 days ago! I only found out about this EC last Fri(three days before) and made this big decision after a weekend of frantic reading and learning. It is still very surreal to me now as it's my first EC purchase. We will be neighbours next year! :)

Hi new neighbour, welcome to V!
U really live up to your nickname.. Brave & decisive. Lol.
64 a good choice, unblock view & transport is juz downstairs. :)

V is 72% sold as at now.

100 over units left & the prefered ones may run out fast...

Got a Deja Vu feeling, when i was considering between BS (balance left small units that time), wait for V & Parc Life to launch..

New buyers may be waiting for YCK EC to launch but when back to V may have lesser choice by then.

Be brave like braveheart! Go with yr heart, time & tide wait for no man! 😉

I'm thinking first-time buyers will get smaller units near the MRT, so these units in V will eventually be taken. Hundred Palms is better for those who drive.

Gonna miss the convenience of having 2 mrt lines and in the future 3 lines. 30 mins to 4 corners of SG

Hi all. I need advise on choosing the best out of the worst since not much units are left.

For 3 bedder.prefer level 4 and above. I notice that stack 55 have a lot of units left. Is it only due to the west sun? How bad is west facing units. Between stack 1 and 15 which is better ?

For 2 bedder. Why is stack 10 so bad just because of the substation?

Best out of worst.. Aiyo dun say like this lei.. One man's thrash may be another man's treasure. LOL.

Stack 55(C2-872sqf).
Since all got slight west sun, then probably due to this stack is nearer to future bus stop.

Stack 1(C1-850sqf) or 15(C2)?
They are different sqf.
1 open kitchen, another enclosed kitchen concept wor..

If me, i will chose stack 1 as got partial unblock green.

Stack 10, can take high floor if substation is the concern.

Thanks YuoriFighter!

Ya but frankly i can't find any treasure with the leftover... T.T Is more like bo bian.

Stack 55 future bus stop - like that cannot buy bus stop very noisy...

Ya I don't mine C1 or C2 except I don't really like the fact that the MBR basin is outside. The floor is laminate right...so won't it get spoilt easily with water inevitably landing outside?

Brownstone i also stuck with no high level left except for the west facing units. but I actually prefer brownstone interior as their material use are better/more luxurious feel to it don't know anyone else agree. But I don't like the MSCP =.= and the exterior VA is nicer....

dilemma dilemma

If your budget can stretch to C3, would you consider 01-28 which is C3P?

If not, maybe 02-18 which is C2 not too near to the generator. Even stack 35 isn't the worst if you take a floor not above the MRT track level.

For the bus stop, i guess only one Or two feederbuses not those 10 buses serving stop as currently no bus stop there.
But some prefer lesser walking distance to busstop.. Stil up to individual.

Mbr floor i dun think is laminate. Maybe when one is brushing teeth dun need share the bathroom where the other party doing business... Hahaha..

Still not so bad as u still can choose out of 25% or if can up yr budget than more choice.
To get EC near public transport is not common so BS & V is already a deal.
Happy shopping...

Actually Idk how much is C3 i have only ask for 2bedder and C1 price.
i like stack 28 but i can't accept low level no privacy at all...Everyone one walk pass can see? Or because this is elevated due to underground carpark people cannot Pass by my "balcony" area?? Any idea?

I see...my PIL live in lvl 5 hdb with a bus stop right below that only serve feeder buses and imo the bus sound is Very loud especially the bus "fart" sound. But yea this is up to individual as long as one can accept.

MBR floor not laminated?? Ok i need to clarify this with agent...
My budget cannot move too much >.< and we don't want to get too big a unit lol. Cause end of the day scare harder to sell compared to smaller units...of coz idk if this is true la i only started on my research last week.

Ya the MRT is actually the factor that attract me to this EC. if not frankly I don't want to live in this area. Especially the thought of taking RED LINE(can die)...no offence ar to anyone it's just my feeling towards north area (yishun.)
