Then it is quite strange because the way they draw the living room sofa is facing toward the open kitchen.. so how do you even put up the TV there when it is open kitchen concept.. that's why I don't really get it.. I did even asked the agent at that time do they have the small scale model for this unit.. but till now no answer so I guess nope...

There is an half-height cabinet installed to separate the open kitchen with the living room. If you opt-in glass panel, they will install the panel to cover it up.

Nowadays with digital TV antenna, no need to use the wall socket for your TV. Can just switch side with the sofa so that can watch TV from kitchen and dining area. Not sure if it will have any impact on smart feature since a smart speaker will be provided.

Since in the topic for c4, might as well ask if glass sliding door will also be provided if opt in glass panel? From the drawings, the glass will be installed in a L shape. If no sliding door provided, cooking smell can still escape right? This part I did not ask agent.

I asked but didn't receive a firm answer. I'll install my own if it's not provided. Am already quite happy they can close it up at no extra cost. Haha

Even if got glass door, the other door at the balcony has to be opened. If not the person inside will be choked by the cooking fumes. :)
So the smell will still rch the living room thru the balcony

By the way, just wondering whether you guys think C5 or C6 is better? The layout is similar and I guess the main diff is the location of the kitchen door

Anyway there's no guarantee, good or bad, whether the final product will look like the current plans.

And visionaire buyers know what is the monthly maintenance fee for the SMART feature after first year free?
