Just noticed at the site, there's no digging underground for the carpark and some of the stacks are already building halfway. So underground carpark is at ground level right?
But there wouldn't be enough parking space if they don't dig the part nearer to the track. The land V is on is sloping towards Canberra residences. That's what I thought, 1 part is elevated and the higher part will be dugYes, spot on. Many condos use landscaping to cover this up eventually, making it seem like a basement carpark when it isn't. The e-deck at the ground floor is also built on top of this, which is technically the second level of the development.

Just a quick question, just curious why stack 19-20 and stack 23-26 only start from 2nd floor, no ground floor ? thanks.

I've been wondering about that from the very beginning too![]()
Here's e answer. The cp is actually elevated and the width stops at those stack. The abv pic is stack 22 in front and 23 behind. 22 is on solid ground. 23 is on top of the cp. Thus 22 got 1st floor and it's kitchen and 1 bedroom will face the cp. So these stacks 1st floor can't buy one. Everyday smell car fumes.

Think QJ wanted to use the stacks outside to cover up the elevated cp. Partially also due to the landscaping.Well-researched. I can understand if it's the entire block without level 1, but 2 out of 4 stacks in 1 block is very odd. I always thought it was due to the landscaping.

Bingo. The whole unit is at level 1, ie at cp levelThen I wonder for the stack with only half the units in level 1, where is the main door to those units .. carpark level?![]()
Kinda.....wah then can just park outside the unit... become reserved lot.
That whole block is elevated lah. And most of other blocks.
Don't understand
