Something likes the void deck of the Hdb flat now become the car park la...

I don't understand 14 start with first floor and 19 start with second floor. So either 14 first floor is inside the car park or is same level as 19 second floor. Lol

Ever wonder why they build the facing "forest" stacks first instead facing BS side?

I tink if they build BS facing stacks now, those unsold units can continue to become UNSOLD till TOP....

I booked my way after launch. That's why they did not show us the early bird price list. But my agent managed to get this deal for us on the day when we went down to do the booking. It's a pleasant surprise because when we asked for the discount, my agent said the possibility is low. So u shld try to get ur agent to obtain the early bird price for u!

Can refer your agent to me? Interested to get one and 1% discount really helps.

Hi! What I got is the early bird price, which amounts up to around 1% off. That's the lowest they can offer I think. Also depends on the stack u r getting. For the least popular stack probably easier to get the early bird price. It's not known as 1% discount... Agents will definitely tell u no discount but early bird price maybe can. If u r still interested let me know! I can send u my agent's contact.

Personally, i rather face brownstone then eat western sun

I thought facing forest will have the smell of forest breeze during late evening & every early morning (provided not much vehicles in the morning).. hmmm.. can image that feeling now...

As for the west sun, everyday i off work reached home should be around 7+ so still have issue? Maybe get lower level eg. level 5 or 6 the forest will block it right?

I find facing the "forest" has more privacy then facing opposite neighbor. Sitting at balcony, i look across is u, u see across is me & whats happening in my living room.. :o

So which facing is best? Any feedback guys?

I chose a forest facing unit so obviously you know my bias. Just some thoughts - you can work around west sun (e.g. AC) but you cannot work around how close you are to the neighbour opposite you. If you really value privacy (like I do), then maybe forest facing might be better. If you look at the pictures, they are really quite close to each other, even those nearer the MRT tracks. Of course, you can permanently have the blinds up, but I guess that defeats the pool facing reason to begin with.

The road in front the west sun facing stacks can be very busy during the Peak hours, esp when the NS highway is built. There will be a bs built in front of stack 52, so need to take that into consideration too.
I chose to face bs, quiet and no evening sun. Save Elec. Stack 17 has the furthest view from bs, over looking bs function room.

Don't forget the forest will not be there for long. By 2019, it should be partly cleared for the sports hub.

Everyone certainly has their good points and facing BS aint that bad but just want to point out that most of the trees should still be there given that there's been a pledge to keep majority of the trees and plant more for those they have to remove.

As for traffic, it's anyone's guess exactly how crowded that road is going to be but at the very least it'll only be complete in the mid 2020s. Currently though, I'm living 5 min away from Visionaire and I can say that the roads are not that crowded for the time being.

Nonetheless, please do visit the site to see for yourself before you make a decision!

Agree with u. It's always possible to work arnd the sun issue. Furthermore, once the sports and recreation hub is built there will be even nicer scenery. According to the plans, the hub is built arnd nature.

I have been to Sembawang road during peak hours, doesn't seem to be crowded or noisy. However, it might be due to lack of civilisation at this moment.

It really depends on what u value the most to choose the facing. Some ppl cannot get over the sun issue and some prefer privacy and view.

Stack 52 near bus stop, buses bracking as & when but convenient..

Stack 17 is furthest? I think stack 22 should be furthest to BS because got a landscape infront & its slanted inwards too. =)

Me too, favours the forest, then pool & last BS.
As paying so much must at least have more privacy than in HDB, if not then some pool view(hope neighbour dun everytime view pool same time with me =P) then bo bian face BS.
