What about if the unit is adjacent to the substation like blk 8?

I think the main worry is the 'magnetic' wave but SG main power cable all underground so should be ok.
Fengshui part I just hear say. I guess is the facing but not the floor. But if you are concern then don't take 9,10,15,16. The green rectangle in front of 15,16 is also substation right?
Unit 8 high level look ok to me as quite far from substation.
I am looking for 3+1 bedroom.

What is the monthly fund to pay likely to be?

Does the SMART home concept really appeal? If there is a breakdown or the contractor goes bust, is it easy to get another contractor?

I wonder with all the gadgets, will maintenance after the initial FUN in using it.

Are the CCTVs only internal or can look at the common corridor and a bit of neighbour's entry and exit?

Is warranty 1 year or 5 years? If there is hacking for repairs, I guess they will make good whatever affected?

Actually the substation is 5-meters below the E-deck. Meaning to say even at level 1, you will not see the substation at eye level. You can take reference from the visionaire site plan on the location of the substation.

Still in a dilemma to choose C4 or C5.
C5 kitchen fengshui not gd. fridge directly oppo stove.
C4 bedroom 3 like smaller and clothes need to be hang at the balcony to dry(unsightly) but that is also provided we can use those pulley system to push our clothes out to dry. if cant then C4 and C5 also no diff. need to hang at balcony
