No wonder QJ shared with some of the buyers who went to meet them that they have never face such problems until this Visionaire project. In short, they never know placement of common chute is an issue to home buyers.

Agreed. I managed to view the block layout plan by my agent to confirm the placement of the chute before purchasing. the plan also states the rough dimensions of the unit etc

Upgraders under 14k should be fastest. I heard some got it earlier than 9 weeks. First-timers applying for grant will take longer. Those with HDB approval issues will take what seems like forever (that's my situation).
