But if they can on time Oct18 not bad leow..

Heard most project complete ealier then stated but not that early of your ideal quarter lor...

Last qtr if say really on Oct 2018 got keys, then its the greatest time.
After renovate & move in should be 2 months later...
Then can do CNY cum house warming!! 😄

I was reading my otp and on the tenure of land. It state the leasehold will commence in the date of launch instead when it is top. Is this common?

Btw which come first? Bank loan first or engage lawyer to do paperwork?

Why envy me leh. Once u secure ur unit that's good enough, we share the same TOP date regardless of when S&P is signed.

Better to keep cpf longer to save more interest!

Typically sign loan first before gg lawfirm

Envy u cos i tink when u signed S&P then its consider fully secure mah...

Me still Waiting for hdb to approve then developer can do S&P so i still consider not fully own my dream home lor.

Happy for u man!! Start pay early, ends early lor.. thats wat i see... :)
