Some people might not like the idea of buying a stack where by death occur. anyway anyone here appeal few times before developer accept their appeal or anyone appeal direct to developers before?
1) appleal due salary cap cant buy EC?
2) appeal to change unit?
3) appeal to withdraw?
4) appeal due to MOP
5) ETC...
Pls be specific.
Anyway hearsay need agent or if got lawyer already, have to go through them.

Oh... Appeal usually done by agent.
Not developer or agent dun wana help, i tink yr MOP is really too long to wait bah.

How many years more to go?
Visionaire sales now still left 50% units. Maybe by time u wud be eligible :) provided yr desire unit still available.

Due to mop issue.sad lol

Visionaire & Brownstone will probably TOP in 2018. Keep your fingers crossed that TOP is not earlier.

If your MOP is nearing 5 years by 2018, you stand a high chance.

Why not check with HDB directly since these are EC developments?

Good Luck!

Yr agent help to write to hdb to appeal? Anyway HDB has the final say..

Looking at Visionaire sales & few months later new EC launching... So u shud hav a chance to get V units if yr MOP is reaching by then...
But might not get the desired unit if cant act faster... left Brownstone or Parc Life stil can near yr brother's Visionaire unit.

I dun tink developer wil reject u as they will be happy if u buy. Maybe yr case is special, HDB wont accept so developer cant help.
Guess u have to wait til yr MOP shorter, then if V dun have yr desire unit, then other EC near Sembawang will be yr choice.
Thats what i meant, not say V reject, try BS.
As same it goes to HDB final say.
Yah agree BS is smaller, only balcony is big. :p

Likely your MOP too far away already, if 6 months away still got chance. Even if 6 months away also must give good and valid reason. My case is one of them and I manage to get it...

For the last six months, Mr Fabian Tan and his family have been forced to cope with a strong smell of sewage in their new $910,000 executive condominium (EC) unit.

The smell comes from the master bedroom toilet of the fifth-floor unit at the RiverParc Residence in Punggol.

Workers sent by developer Qingjian Realty removed the bathtub and hacked the toilet walls last month to try and find the source of the stench - but to no avail...................

Just wanna ask, if let say I'm going to sell it off in 6 yrs later, for home seekers, will u mind which developer construct the condo? Taking location aside (since BS and V are quite near to mrt) one will look at overall layout of the condo rather than who once develop the condo right?

True provided there is no negative previous news that can be found in the net. Likely only the 1st owner will Kenna all the craps if the developer gives many problems...if Kenna structural or fundamental prob, it will be permanent le...
