Thank you! Stack 48? Will this stack be under the west sun? But more people went for the units facing BS right?

We chose C5 units facing the road, but not stack 48 because it's too near the bus stop. Units facing the road will more or less get the west sun. However when we thought about it we realised that we value view and privacy more. I guess more buyers prefer those units facing BS because no west sun and they r way cheaper than the ones facing the road.

When we went down to look at the site during peak period, it wasn't very congested, in my opinion. This is very subjective though. U can go down to do a site visit before choosing because it will help u with making ur decision!

Face BS cheaper than face green
Face green cheaper than face pool

Face green, sun, noise & exhaust pipe but when late nite its cosy, greenary smell
& privacy...

Frankly speaking, my colleague condo at bedok. Opposite facing reservior, downstairs Nearby bus stop, buses & cars nonstop moving... Very noisy de...

Solution is put down balcony blind, close balcony door & on aircon..

That sounds like what I'm doing in my current unit !

To me a condo is to enjoy peace and quiet. So the answer was obvious. Either face inside or BS

Yah.. pay a few thousands more to have peace for years... Worth it.
But for those already bought... Its ok.. "if not wrong" they will be building underpass tunnel facing green side for vehicle which may reduce the noise...

I am really studying the details of both Brownstone and Visionaire EC. I am getting a min 4 bedroom unit for own stay, and probably to sell off in 8-10 yrs down the road when the kids go to Sec Sch. BS I am left with Not much choice but I still can find 1~2 units that can satisfy me, but my Husband really don't like MSCP (but he is willing to prioritise due to MrT convenience location). V everything is good, which we both really like, maybe except that is China developer which we are coming to terms of, besides that, really good choice. However, since I am looking at 4 BR, I read thru and saw one of the reader provide a unit floor layout for CS3a ( if I recall, it's confirmed for all related 4 BR which I intend to get), and realise the refuse chute is so so so near the main door, just next to it! (as in directly beside your main door and facing directly opp ur Neighbour door).

Because of this refuse chute issue I put a hold and still coming to terms with it in the mean time... BS or V - can't make up my mind lah! Any advise ?

We don't mind Low floor, if got patio even better!

Visionaire - looking at stack 46 (thinking of level 1 but good lord the chute is beside main door, will attract insects and ants and smelly smelly stuffs into ur hse ~maybe)
Brownstone - looking at stack 18
Parc life - looking at stack 03 (for this we can consider high floor since level one already taken)

If all else fail I need to sell my car and buy NorthPark Liao~~~

I checked, D1 it's pool facing too- correction I should be looking at stack 50 as 46 no more patio left for 4 BR. I was also looking at stack 49 CS3a type patio but like I said I'm bothered by the chute beside it...

If u looking at d1 layout 4bedrooms should not affect you Sis

Cs3a is 3+s, not 4 bedder. D1 is 4 bedder and its oppo the chute.
If you can afford north park, go for it. The conv and price appreciation is definitely better than V and BS

CS3a, D1 & C6 will have the nearest chute but some still choose these units even know after purchase or dun know at all in first place, i think is becos they like the layout, space efficient etc.
I personally like CS3a walk-in wardrobe but too bad only a few units left & not our desire facing...

For some, they will still choose L1 to the above units & 'permanently' close main door to avoid seeing neighbour passby throw rubbish. They use the patio as back door to daily access... :)

Since im looking at patio units I'm looking at both 4 BR and 3 cospace units as not much left. The blks at 176/178 I'm afraid of direct west sun, and difficult to sell off in future. So not much level one units for me to choose from. If choose D1 the chute is facing opposite also difficult to sell off to future buyers + bad fengshui ...

Since I am still eligible to buy EC within this year, I wanna try to get it and private condo as my last choice. (I'm looking at north area as kids school is nearby). NP a 3 premium condo sets me a hefty $1.4million which I say I really have to sell off my car to pay my loans already...

Extract from: https://www.google.com.sg/amp/s/fen...of-hdb-flats-with-bad-fengshui-main-door/amp/

Open up your door and you see the rubbish chute. While you think that the bad Fengshui is nullified by the distance, it is actually made worse because of the square shape facing the main door. Occupants living in such houses often face a lot of obstacles in their lives and also tend to suffer from slight depression.

If not wrong, chute is beside CS3a, D1 & C6. Opposite facing chute shud be neighbour, not them... :p
Anyway neighbour door oso not direct face chute lah... No unit will direct face it.

Btw, have u went to Bellwood EC see how their chute looks like? Confirm it will have a door to cover the chute.. so will that still be a concern? The chute is not openly shown like those HDB if u understand wat i meant. :)

Blue are doors. Opposite CS3a which is neighbour, no direct see chute, its side way.
So no issue of bad fengshui to them too rite?

Plus i mentioned, chute is covered by a door.. go see Bellwood completed project & u understand. I've went to see already.. :)
