Which stacks are good?

Hello!
Thank you for keeping this thread alive, it's been super useful! We're looking at either a 3 bedroom +Study or 3 bedroom Premium, but are not sure which stacks are available and good.
Seems like some stacks like 27 (C4), 42 (C4), 57 (C3) are on promotional offer now; any reasons that they may not be selling as well?

Hmm.. I'm not too sure either, saw it on the website (maybe it's not updated?). We're interested in the C3 layout, but seems like stack 57 is not selling as well as the rest? Would hope that you'd share your reasons why :)

There are better c3 stacks. Main concerns I think should be the west sun and far from mrt. Other c3 might also have west sun but at least nearer to the mrt

Tks for your compliments =:p
You are an expert too. Having 'invested' so much.

Not really lah. Not everyone will agree with my views mah. I just shared what I was informed and realised. My agent was very helpful and informative. That helped too.

Asky2505, bro actually the Visionaire blocks are all East/ south facing. Those facing BS will kena morning sun and some west sun till 2-3pm. And those facing the greenery ( future community and sport hub) dont hv morning sun and just kena some slanted west sun from 3-6pm.both have their fair share of sun.

It's slanted somewhere between NS and EW. It seems that the pool-facing units will get the least sun, but those are the more expensive units. I've driven by to sample the angle of the sun at different times.

I don't see why those pool view unit will not have sun. It's a matter morning or afternoon sun that they will be getting Nowadays, we got this thing call dryer.
Which I don't see any problem with drying out clothes. Furthermore, there is also this washing powder that after used, you dont't have to even sun it.

Pool facing units will also hv morning/afternoon sun. However because of the earth tilt and orbiting /rotation, different season ( although we don't feel it) the sun intensity and angle will be different. Nov-mar period those units facing BS will get more slanted morning sun till 2-3 pm and those facing green will get some slanted west sun. Mar-oct, those facing BS gradually will get lesser morning sun and those facing Green will get more west sun. Same for those pool facing units.

My suggestion about less sun for those units is because the opposite blocks will be able to block some of the direct sunlight away from the lower units.

You are right. V is not facing direct east west. But think sun from morning till 3pm is not as bad as from 3pm to 6pm as the house hasn't cooled down by the time u rch home from work. That's the main thing ppl are concerned abt.

My current house is facing North West, with a vast greenery view, next to a 4 lane road. it gets very hot from evening till late night, esp when rainy season stops . Even the walls and floor are warm. I need to on the aircon to cool down the room.
That's also why I learnt that the greenery view doesn't outweigh the discomfort and noise.

Oh wow, is West sun really damn terrible? I'm hoping it feels okay with the aircon on right? Anw, is Sembawang Road a busy one? Not sure how far are the stacks from the road..

With aircon on, all will fine. Except ur electricity bill. :D

We have a small walkway before the outside walking path then its e road. So it's kinda near. I went during the evening peak. It's noisy with the construction trucks. And there shld be more traffic once the Bto and EC are up. Night time shld still b Ok. So long there are no idiotic motorcyclist....
