Only newly launch required ballot cos all snatching their desired facing, fengshui unit, pool view etc...
So the later u go, the chances yr desire available r lesser.
So u have to do some homework before u go down & get caught by sweet talk & promises agent & later want change unit will be troublesome...

I have a life hack for such situations.

Do you have good friends who are agents? Especially from big agencies (since they cover more projects)

Ask them to go together, tell them if you do or do not have intention of buying. Buy them coffee afterwards for the effort.
If you buy, they get the deal. if you don't, you would not get sweet talk by the agents.

The agents cannot snatch others customers.. especially when the other agent is there. "exclusive" you can say.. but actually is just look see look see.

Well most level 1 will have this prob(privacy) but not 01-64. Its elevated level 1 where nobody can walk pass.

If wan bright & privacy shudnt consider level 1..

Children pool mostly when they play, u working bah.. only weekend.. yr child wil play, u oso join them.
So compare to bigger pool.. i see lesser users in child pool..

lol I wanna the big balcony that's why I don't mind level 1 hehe. 38 is my choice but at the last min end up change to 54 hope don't have regrets la but anyway now isn't subjected to appeal also

This year can't, next year still can try again as TOP stil way to go... :)

What do you guys think about Stack 35? I prefer units closer to the side gate so that nearer walk to the future MRT stn.

35 facing green is nearer but not as near to those facing BS side.
Facing BS near entrance sold stacks fully sold.
